Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to the Liftora website and the purchase and use of products and services offered through our U.S.-based online store. Please read them carefully before browsing, creating an account, subscribing, or placing an order.

Throughout these Terms, “Liftora,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Liftora online store. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, account holder, subscriber, or person using the website.

The website is hosted through Shopify, which provides the commerce platform that allows Liftora to present products, manage checkout, and operate the online store. Additional providers may support payments, shipping, communications, security, analytics, and customer service.

Acceptance: By accessing the website, creating an account, subscribing by email, placing an order, or otherwise using Liftora’s services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit an order.

These operating terms apply to product browsing, checkout, order acceptance, shipping, discounts, returns, and exchanges.

Product information

We aim to present accurate descriptions, specifications, images, and availability. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing updates, and packaging changes may cause reasonable visual or technical differences. Product suitability remains your responsibility.

Orders and acceptance

An order submission is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order before shipment for reasons including inventory limits, suspected fraud, payment failure, address issues, pricing errors, technical errors, or legal restrictions.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and legally required charges are displayed at checkout. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Shipping and delivery

Liftora provides free shipping on all products. The expected delivery time is 3–5 calendar days. Address errors, carrier disruptions, severe weather, security reviews, or events beyond reasonable control may affect delivery timing.

Discounts and offers

After a successful email subscription, customers receive an automatic 15% sitewide discount that is not limited to the first order and requires no code. Selected promotional products receive an automatic 20% discount with no code required.

Returns and exchanges

Liftora offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days. Requests must include reasonable proof of purchase and comply with any product-specific condition disclosed at the time of sale. Refunds are issued to an eligible original payment method.

Respect the platform

Liftora’s website, brand assets, product content, technology, and community features are provided for legitimate shopping and informational use. Misuse may result in suspension or termination.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your location to enter into a purchase contract, unless a parent or legal guardian completes the transaction. Account information must be accurate and current. You are responsible for protecting login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized activity. You may not interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the store through automated means without permission, impersonate another person, submit false information, or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to systems or data.

Intellectual property

The Liftora name, logos, graphics, layouts, photography, product descriptions, written content, software, and other store materials are owned by or licensed to Liftora and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you. Commercial reproduction, redistribution, modification, or use without written authorization is prohibited.

Reviews and submissions

If you submit reviews, feedback, photographs, suggestions, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and non-infringing. You grant Liftora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content for store, service, promotional, and operational purposes.

Third-party services

The store may rely on third-party platforms and providers, including Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics tools, and communication services. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. Liftora is not responsible for independent third-party conduct outside our reasonable control.

Risk and responsibility

Reasonable boundaries for products, services, and liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Product use

Training responsibility

Fitness equipment must be assembled, maintained, stored, and used in accordance with product instructions, warnings, weight limits, and intended use. Inspect equipment before each use and stop using any item that appears damaged, unstable, or unsafe. Exercise involves inherent risks, and you are responsible for selecting activities and products appropriate for your experience, condition, space, and abilities.

Training articles, product guidance, and wellness content are provided for general informational purposes and are not medical, diagnostic, rehabilitation, or professional fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning a new exercise program or using equipment when health, injury, pregnancy, mobility, or safety concerns may apply.

Service availability

No uninterrupted guarantee

We work to keep the website accurate, secure, and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, updates, outages, provider failures, cyber incidents, or events beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect the store or services.

Force majeure

Events beyond control

Liftora is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transportation interruptions, labor disputes, governmental action, war, civil unrest, epidemics, internet failures, utility failures, supplier disruption, or carrier delays.

Legal limitation

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, content, and services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. Liftora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from website use, product misuse, or service interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, Liftora’s total liability relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where a different remedy is required by law.

Your obligations

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Liftora and its owners, personnel, affiliates, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, breach of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, fraudulent activity, or misuse of products contrary to instructions or warnings. This clause does not apply to the extent a claim results from Liftora’s own unlawful conduct.

These provisions explain termination, dispute handling, governing law, updates, and the continued effect of the agreement.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, cancel an account, refuse service, or cancel an unfulfilled order when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unlawful conduct, abuse, security threats, repeated violations, nonpayment, or breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

Informal dispute resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you and Liftora agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the issue through customer support. Send a written description of the dispute, the related order information, and the requested resolution to support@liftora.mom. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a legally protected consumer complaint process.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your place of residence apply. Subject to those mandatory rights, disputes may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Kentucky.

Severability and waiver

If any provision is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or removed without affecting the remaining provisions. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. Rights and remedies are cumulative unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Assignment and entire agreement

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Liftora’s written consent. Liftora may assign these Terms as part of a merger, restructuring, financing, asset transfer, or sale of the business. These Terms, together with policies and notices presented during purchase, form the agreement governing use of the store.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in products, services, technology, operations, legal requirements, or business practices. Revised Terms become effective when posted with an updated date, unless a later date is stated. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
